01 / Overview.

Visita Online is a medical platform that provides doctors and healthcare professionals with video-based information on medications, including composition, mechanism of action, and dosage. To boost engagement, the platform uses a gamification system, allowing users to earn points for watching videos, which can be redeemed for academic activities.I served as the lead designer for the platform’s redesign, focusing on creating a user-friendly, modern, and visually cohesive interface that improved usability and engagement.

My Role: UX/UI & Product Design
Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

02 / Problem.

The platform’s existing design had several issues:

  • Confusing layout and poor navigation, leading to user frustration
  • Outdated and unappealing visuals, reducing engagement
  • Mobile experience was not optimized, limiting accessibility
  • Lack of clarity in workflows for earning and redeeming points

Challenge: Redesign the platform to improve usability, engagement, and visual appeal without disrupting existing workflows.
